Client: Golden Entertainment and The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower

The Challenge The Stratosphere Hotel's VIP membership center was underperforming. The space was static and failed to effectively communicate the dynamic range of events and attractions available, leading to low member engagement and participation in on-site activities.

The Solution I was brought on as a freelance creative to transform the static help center into an interactive hub. My solution involved a complete redesign of the central member desk, incorporating dynamic digital signage that featured previews of the hotel's thrilling rides and exclusive tours. I developed a system for regularly updated digital artwork to showcase upcoming concerts and shows, making it easy for members to see what was new and exciting.

The Results The redesigned center drove a significant increase in member engagement and satisfaction. Most notably, the new, clear visual system was directly credited with a measurable rise in ticket sales for on-site events. The project successfully converted a passive information desk into an active, engaging experience that enhanced guest loyalty and boosted ancillary revenue for the hotel.
