Event: "An Evening with Jane Fonda" Charity Fundraiser

The Challenge For their flagship charity fundraiser featuring iconic special guest Jane Fonda, WISEPlace needed a flawless live stream and video production to engage donors both in-person and remotely. The challenge was to execute a high-stakes, multi-camera live broadcast with zero room for error, while artistically capturing the inspiring and energetic tone of the evening.

The Solution I was entrusted to lead the complete video production and live streaming for the event. My role involved managing all technical aspects of the broadcast to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for the online audience. Simultaneously, I directed the videography and captured professional still photography of the evening's key moments, including Ms. Fonda's inspiring address to the attendees.

The Results The professional live stream successfully extended the event's reach, playing a key role in helping WISEPlace meet its fundraising goals to support women in crisis. The compelling video and photography assets I delivered provided the organization with a powerful toolkit for post-event marketing and future donor engagement.
